Brink's Grill & Country Store

Wow! What an unexpected healthy treat! Mongolian BBQ! Fresh meat, veggies, and loads of amazing sauces (simple broths or more complex sauce). Vegan and Gluten Free options, too. The owners are fantastic! Kind, personable, and welcoming, and apparently great chefs! The dessert options were top notch as well with everything from hard scoop ice cream to gourmet cheesecakes, and lava cake.

This little gem of a restaurant is a must-visit! Owned by the nicest husband and wife, you can feel the warmth and passion they put into their place. The owner is an incredible cook, and it shows in every bite. It’s an all-you-can-eat stir-fry spot with a huge selection of fresh, high-quality ingredients. You get to customize your bowl exactly how you like it, and no matter what combination you choose, it turns out delicious! The flavors are incredible, and the portions are generous—all at a great price. If you love great food and a welcoming atmosphere, this is the place to be. Can’t wait to come back!

We stopped here on our way from Zion to Bryce canyons. My kids and I all loved it! All you can eat Build your own noodle bowls, yes please!!

We had a great meal. Never would’ve thought there’d be a Mongolian buffet place in this town. Great food, great service, and a good burger to boot.

All you can eat. Pick any combo of fresh and they cook it in front of you. Very tasty, fresh and cool atmosphere! Loved it! Service was great! Definitely something different!

This was our first time eating at Brink’s and we had a great experience. The restaurant has a unique setup where each diner can choose ingredients to add to their stir fry and hand it to the chef to cook the meal. We were impressed with the number of ingredients and the variety of sauces as well.

Stopped here on our way from Bryce to the North Rim. Absolutely recommend this place. The owners are so sweet and the food is so good. You can choose between various veggies, sauces and meat, the also have burgers. Everything is made fresh on the grill.

Brinks is a rustic down home feel with an innovative approach to personalizing your meal. It's a fresh raw foods buffet that you choose. Then, it's freshly grilled, hibachi style. It's family owned and operated by some really nice folks. We've been by three times and every experience was delightful. The country store is full of local novelties and possible necessities. Prices are good! Cleanly, friendly, fresh and accommodating.
